The journal operates a double-blind review process. All submitted manuscripts will initially be assessed by the editor to ensure their suitability to the journal scope. Thereafter, papers deemed appropriate are sent to at least two independent expert reviewers to assess the scientific quality of the paper. The Editor is responsible for the final decision on whether to accept or reject the submitted articles and the decision of the editor is final.
